I have been in Real Estate for 9 years and love helping people find there perfect home/or sell the home they have. I specialize in Residential Real Estate and can help you with private, bank owned, or shortsale transactions. I currently work with contractors, real estate developers, investors, and traditional home buyers and sellers. Before Real Estate I grew up in Rochester, NY and then attended Florida Southern College where I received my Bachelor of Social Science Degree. I moved to Tampa in 1998 and love it here. I am married to Amanda who is also a Realtor. We work as a team so when you hire us you get 2 for 1. We have a beautiful, sweet, and atheletic 9 year old named Jace . I love sports and I run marathons to support Team Leukemia. I look forward to working with you!
