Profile:
At the age of six, I began my entrepreneurial path with a lemonade stand. Seven years later, while growing up with a golf course literally in my backyard, I retrieved golf balls from the ponds and canals and sold them as an additional "product" at my lemonade stand. In highschool, I created a more lucrative business by starting a lawn mowing service. At the age of 19, while taking business classes at the local college, I also started attending various business-related seminars and events to learn even more than would be taught in business school. I have always believed that the key to my future success would come from my desire to always be better than the competition, never be stagnant and to continuously learn from the best.In 1995, after graduating from the FIU School of Business, I co-founded CopyScan Technologies (then CopyScan) with my brother Jeremy, with no more than a one-page ad and good credit. In 2003, after many customer requests to shred documents, I created another company, RecordSHRED.In 2010, I started training other companies on how to get into the scanning business. I put on Scanning School events and began speaking at national industry conferences, which eventually turned into me providing a wide range of small business consulting services. In 2015, RecordSHRED was approached by a multi-national competitor, because they wanted to buy our loyal customer relationships that we built from twelve years earlier. After I sold the shredding company, I realized that I needed to get the message out about the importance of Client Retention. So, I wrote a book called "Pay Me Forever," which teaches small business owners how to build their business by retaining more loyal clients and getting more referrals.in 2020, I co-founded Level Up Lawyer to help attorneys build and scale a thriving practice without sacrificing their family or freedom. We offer legal technology tools, techniques and strategies to leverage systems and processes so attorneys can automate and delegate everything possible in running their firm.

Because of that, I assembled a team of experts and co-founded Level Up Lawyer.
